Bulk-import staff from a spreadsheet and manage portraits.
Spreadsheet import
Upload .xlsx or .csv. Columns we look for: Name, Role, Department, Employment Type, Manager, Location, Email, Active, Start Date, Notes. Missing departments and locations are auto-created.
Portrait upload
Upload one or many images at once. We match the filename to a contributor's name (e.g. jane-doe.jpg → Jane Doe). Images are resized to a 256×256 square.
Backup / export
Download the current directory as a spreadsheet.

Restrict editing to administrators.
